About Arman Deganian

A native of the Atlanta metro area, Arman Deganian is a “double dawg” with both undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Georgia. His first 8 years as a lawyer were spent doing defense work for the big insurance companies, an advantage that sets him apart from most personal injury attorneys. “I know how insurance companies work, so I can stay one step ahead of them,” Arman commented. “Many of the defense attorneys know me, and know I’m not afraid to take my cases to trial in front of a jury.”

Arman started working for a large personal injury law firm, but wanted to provide clients with more personalized attention. Arman and long-time friend Steve Litner decided to form Litner + Deganian. “Every client and case deserves the same amount of attention,” Arman added. “I like to meet each client personally, so we feel comfortable working together.”

Clients comment that Arman is very relaxed and approachable, and is always available for a phone call or meeting. His laid back style also works well in court as he uses his litigation and insurance company experience to get each client the best possible outcome.

When not working with clients, Arman enjoys participating in a variety of sports and outdoor activities, including baseball, softball, running, and even backpacking. Arman was an outdoor instructor in college, and still makes annual backpacking trips to the Rockies and Alps.

And of course Arman is a big Georgia Bulldogs fan!
