In college, she also started doing bookkeeping, working with a sports marketing firm before and after graduation. She moved around industries before landing as a bookkeeper for an Atlanta personal injury firm. When a former coworker told her that Litner + Deganian was looking for someone with her experience, she interviewed with Steve and Arman and was offered the job.
“The work environment here always feels laid back and cool—like family,” she said. “The partners are also very encouraging about learning new things and pushing you to succeed.”
When Kimberly isn’t working, she spends time with her 2-year-old son and her family—most of whom live close by. Her brother even lives near Litner + Deganian! A new homeowner, Kimberly is also usually in the thick of weekend fix-it-up projects and landscaping work.
